Welcome to the new SPIHA web-site.  We hope that this newer version is helpful to you and your organization and that you can use it as a tool to assist you in staying abreast of all the important issues that we as Housing Professionals deal with on a daily, monthly, and in some cases annual basis.  We ask for your cooperation and participation within this organization to assist us in making SPIHA a valuable tool, to be used by the smallest of housing authorities to the largest in achieving our goals of providing safe, decent, and sanitary homes to our Native American people. 

Please feel free to contact any of the officers (with the information provided within the web-site), for any questions, comments, or recommendations that you may have to improve our organization.  We welcome all tribes within our region of Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana, to become involved with SPIHA on issues pertaining to the Legislative issues at hand and those issues that are in the "pipeline", as well as issues and concerns on a local and State level.
